Erin Brooke Hogan was born to Patrick and Janis (Lynn) Hogan on July 6, 1975 in Tucson, AZ. Preceded in death by her mother, Janis Hogan on July 15, 2012 and her grandmother, Evelyn Lynn on July 15, 2007. She is survived by her father, Patrick Hogan of Tucson, AZ and younger sister, Lara Hogan of Baltimore, MD; her grandfather, Robert Lynn; great-aunt, Jeanne Copley; aunt, Pam Allen (Toby); uncle, Gary Lynn (Ruth Ann) all of Tucson, AZ; she is also survived by her aunt, Gayla Royston (Robert) of Canton, MI and multiple cousins. Brooke was courageous and funny with a great zest for life, she was a very strong woman and full of hope. Brooke lost her long fight against Multiple Sclerosis. A Memorial Service officiated by Reverend Ed Denham is planned for 3:00 p.m., Saturday, October 13, 2012 at Desert Skies United Methodist Church, 3255 N. Houghton Road, Tucson, AZ 85749. The family would like to express their thanks for all the cards, visits and prayers. Special thanks to the caregivers at Kindred Healthcare for taking such great care of Brooke over the last five years. Memorial contributions are requested to be made to St. Paul's United Methodist Church Memorial Garden. Arrangements by BRING'S BROADWAY CHAPEL.
