FORT WORTH - Shelly Marie Jacobs, 49, passed away peacefully on Saturday, Nov. 17, 2018.
She was born Oct. 9, 1969, in Fort Worth and was a graduate of Castleberry High School. She was a loving mother, daughter and sister, and will be forever missed.
Shelly was preceded in death by her mother, Alla Marie Jacobs; grandparents; and uncle and aunt.
Survivors: Sons, Tyler Jacobs and Joshua Jacobs; father, Richard Jacobs; brother, Mike Jacobs and wife, Kathy; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cherished family and friends.
