The funeral of Miss Blanche Carlton, who died Friday morning at her home at 9:30, will occur Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock from the First Methodist church, services to be conducted by Rev. R.H. Toole. Burial will follow in Green Hill cemetery.
Miss Carlton who was born in this city Aug 17, 1892 was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Simon O. Carleton and had spent all her life here with the exception of the time she was in Mexico. She is survived by the parents, one brother Chester D. Carleton and one sister Mrs. Ward H. McCormick.
The body will lie intate? at the church from 1 to 2:30 o’clock Sunday afternoon.
Tuberculosis was responsible for her ?? having suffered there ??. She endeavored to ?? of the affliction through a trip to Albuquerque, New Mexico some time ago but the trip proved futile.
