Philip attended Argos High School and was employed for over thirty years at BPC Manufacturing, where he met and married his wife, Lori. They were married on May 24, 1986, just six months after their first date. Philip and Lori were blessed with two children, Waylon (Erika) Cole and Lacey Cole. He is also survived by two sisters, Sue (Willy) Castle and Midge (Jerry) Lard and three brothers, Larry (Virginia) Cole, Darrell Cole and Ron (Doris) Cole. He was preceded in death by his treasured and beloved grandson, Collin Cole; three sisters, Saundra Cole, Leatress Penix and Joyce McGee and three brothers, J.H., Kenneth and Randall Cole
Philip became a Christian in 2005 after being diagnosed with MG and faithfully dedicated his life to Christ until his passing.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 26, 2018 at Palmer Funeral Home, 601 N. Michigan St. Lakeville, IN. Burial will follow at Fair Cemetery, North Liberty, IN. Friends may visit with the family from 2:00-7:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
