John Junior King, 63, of Route 1, Cedar Hill, died at 5 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 1, 1984. Mr. King was a member of the Heights Church of God, the Veterans of Foreign Wars, The American Legion, and Teamsters Local Union 347.
He was born Feb. 21, 1921, in West Frankfort, to John and Lena Clayton King.
Survivors include his wife, Florene, three sons, Pete of Murdock, Rick of Blaire Air Force Base in California, and Jim of Benton; one brother, Glen of Carlsbad, New Mexico, and one sister, Mary Underwood of Thompsonville.
Services were held Stone's Funeral Home in West Frankfort.
