Marsha Ann Hartley-Payne, 61, of North Beach passed away November 15, 2018 at her residence.

She was born November 23, 1956 in Prince George's County to George E. III and Doris Jean (White) Hartley.

Marsha was raised in Maryland and graduated from Garfield High School in Dale City, VA. She later attended Technical Draftsman School and was employed as a sheet metal estimator with CMC Sheet Metal for 35 years.

She enjoyed playing slot machines, crafting, games, country music, especially Patsy Cline and was a Brady Bunch aficionado. Most of all, Marsha loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She will be remembered as a mother to few, but a Mom to many.

Marsha is survived by her children Jeremy Walzer of California, MD, Danielle Hilton and husband George of Dunkirk, MD and Jennifer Zimmerman of Indian Head, MD, brother George E. Hartley and wife Connie of Silver Spring, MD and sisters Laura Gainer of Kent Island, MD and Tracey Davis of Phoenix, AZ.
