Carol Ann (Williams) Goodwin, 75, passed away November 1, 2018 at Wingate Nursing Home in Haverhill.

Born in Haverhill, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Emily (Doucette) Williams. Raised and educated in Haverhill, she attended St. James Grammar School and was a graduate of Haverhill High School, Class of 1960. Carol was employed for many years as a Home Health Aide with Home Health Services, Homecare, Inc.. She was part of the local CB Radio Club, Howes Helping Hands, and enjoyed calling bingo at the Judson House where she lived for many years. A devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother, she will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was predeceased by her siblings, Leo Williams, Robert Williams, Charles Williams, Jr., Joanne Stevenson and Arthur Williams.

Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend a calling hour on Monday, November 5 from 9:00AM until 10:00AM at the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main Street, Haverhill. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:30AM in St. James Church, Winter Street, Haverhill. Burial will be in St. James Cemetery, Primrose Street, Haverhill.
