Edward Ogden Richardson, Sr., age 89, of Atlanta, Georgia, died on December 25, 2005. He was born on January 24, 1919 in Okolona, Miss. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was a member of Oglethorpe Presbyterian Church. He is survived by his wife, Peggy K. Richardson, by a daughter, Rosemary Poss and son Edward Ogden Richardson, Jr. both of Atlanta, GA two step-children, David R. Dodd and Susan L. Sehm of Atlanta, GA; two granddaughters, Jennifer P. Green of Indianapolis, Indiana and Anna E. Sehm of Portland, OR; one great-granddaughter, Haden Green. He is also survived by a brother, Sterling Richardson of Atlanta, GA and a sister, Josephine McDaniel of Orlando FL; and many nieces and nephews. Memorial Services will be held at Oglethorpe Presbyterian Church on January 5, 2005 at 2:00 PM. Interment to take place at Oglethorpe Presbyterian Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Open Door Community, 910 Ponce De Leon Avenue, Atlanta, GA 30306. The Cremation Society of the SOUTH is in charge of arrangements. 770-420-5557.
