Sherry Bayless Reynolds, 72, of Frisco, Texas passed away at home and entered Heaven on Sunday afternoon, November 18, 2018.
She was born on December 12, 1945 to Lloyd Youle and Thelma Maxine Bayless in Huntington, West Virginia.
On March 26, 1965, Sherry married Clark Eblin Reynolds in Huntington, West Virginia. Sherry served over fifty years as a teacher before her retirement in December 2016.
Sherry is survived by her husband of 53 years, Clark Reynolds; children Alan Reynolds of Richardson, Texas and Mary Laura Catena of Frisco, Texas; grandchildren Amber Catena, Ashley Catena, Anthony Catena, Graham Besson, Reid Besson, and Reese Besson; great-grandchildren Jeremiah, Yasmine, Cameron, Naomi, Noah, and Mila; half-brother, Ricky Lloyd Sharrow and wife Polly of Chesapeake, Ohio; half-sister, Robin Finney and husband Robert of Anderson, South Carolina; numerous nieces and nephews.
Sherry is preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be held Friday, November 23, 2018 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Frisco, Texas from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, November 24, 2018 beginning at 1:00 PM at Ridgeview West Memorial Park.
Due to her lifelong work with and love of children, the family is requesting memorial contributions be made in her memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital either online or by phone at 800-805-5856.
