PFC. Logan Tucker Jackson, US Army, 19, passed away Wednesday, November 14, 2018 on Fort Bragg, North Carolina. A graveside service with full military honors will be held Monday November 26, 2018 at 11:00 am in Fairview Methodist Church Cemetery in Forsyth, GA where he will be laid to rest beside his “Big Daddy” Marvin R. Jackson. The family will greet friends Sunday evening, November 25, 2018 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to USO, www.uso.org/donate or Marine Corp League, Middle Georgia DET. 970, P.O. Box 4723, Macon GA 31213, to buy toys for the Marine Toys for Tots Program.
Logan was born aboard Camp Pendleton, California April 7, 1999 to LaDonna Dellinger Jackson and Pack S. Jackson. He joined the Army September 5, 2017 as a Combat Medic. He graduated Basic Training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina November 15, 2017 and Advanced Individual Training at Fort Sam Houston, Texas April 13, 2018. He was subsequently stationed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina and assigned to Womack Army Hospital.
