Rose was born in Houston Texas on July 29, 1929, and was preceded in death by her parents, Harry Lee and Rose Clara Aston, and her siblings, Thelma Aston and Elroy Aston.
Rose was a loving wife, mother, “Grammy,” sister, friend and steward of her faith. Her life was not always easy but she always believed in the best in people and worked her whole life to show others grace and compassion. She put the needs of her children above anything else and worked hard to provide for them. Always kind and generous with her time, talents and treasures, Rose lived her life to improve the lives of her family, her church and many charities.
She will certainly be missed and there are many people that will not be able to travel to pay their final respects; however, she will hear and know your sentiments if you make them from wherever you are. Her life of putting others first has certainly brought her to a place above, where she can continue to watch over us.
