Tyler William Moore, of Bloomington, a loving son, brother and friend, passed away Monday (Nov. 19, 2018) in Farmer City, at the age of 21.

Tyler was born July 31, 1997 in Bloomington to Aaron E. and Lisa M. Meismer Moore.

He graduated from Tri-Valley High School in 2016, and was a member of the Vikings football team. Following graduation, Tyler enlisted in the United States Army National Guard, completing his training at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. He was later assigned to the Charlie Battery, 2nd Battalion, 122nd Field Artillery Regiment of the 33rd infantry Brigade Combat Team.

Tyler was a true American patriot whose love of country was unwavering. He was an avid outdoorsman with a passion for water sports and people. Tyler had an unmatched sense of humor and a heart the size of Texas, but he loved nothing “moore” than spending time with his family.

Surviving are his parents of Sachse, Texas; a brother, Nathan (Bethany) Moore, Indianapolis, Indiana; grandparents, William and Cheryel Meismer, Varna and Ronald and Catherine Moore, Lacon; his girlfriend, “Mersadies” Sadie Schroers, Bloomington; aunts and uncles, Janel O’Keefe, Chad Moore, Edie O’Neil, Andrew Moore and Tina (Bob) Barisch and cousins, Kati (Cody) Jessen, and their son, Jace; Michelle O’Keefe; Cody and Kristopher Moore; Braden O’Neil; Madison Moore and Jay and Ali Barisch.
