Mrs. Cindy Lowe, age 64, of Murray, Kentucky, passed and went to be with the Lord while at her home on Monday, November 19, 2018 after an extended illness.
She was born in Murray, Kentucky on April 7, 1954 to the late Joe M. Parker and Dorothy McDaniel Parker. She was a homemaker and a member of the Glendale Road Church of Christ. She received her Bachelor of Arts at Murray State University in Education and was a Majorette in the Racer Band for four years.
Survivors include her husband, Rodney Lowe, to whom she was married on August 25, 1974 in Murray, Kentucky; one daughter, Heather Lowe Jordan and husband Greg of Atlanta, Georgia; one son, Jordan Lowe of Murray, Kentucky; one brother, Dr. Sam Parker and wife Janie of Brentwood, Tennessee; also surviving are three nieces, Wendy Vasquez and husband Gabe of Nolensville, Tennessee, Melody Johnson and husband Andy of Brentwood, Tennessee, and Laurie Powell and husband Dayshawn of Los Angeles, California.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 24, 2018 at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with John Dale and Steven Hunter officiating. Burial will follow in the Murray City Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. on Friday, November 23, 2018 at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home.
