EAST GREENBUSH Carol A. Alcombright, 84, passed away Friday, November 16, 2018, at Van Rensselaer Manor. Carol was born in Albany and resided in East Greenbush for many years. She was an avid Beanie Baby collector and was the candy and fudge lady of the East Greenbush School Cafeteria. Her biggest joy was spending time with and caring for her children and grandchildren. Wife of the late Ralph W. Alcombright; mother of Ralph Alcombright, Joseph (Karen) Alcombright, James (Rae) Alcombright and Kathy (Nick) DeFrusico; grandmother of Jameison, Joshua, James, Lindsay, Andrea, Lauren, McKenzie, Dominic, Cori; sister of Kathy Miller, John Eames, Elaine Gardy, Stephen Eames, Dennis Eames and the late Regina Male, Norma Poland, Maryanne Delsignore and Edward Eames. Also survived by her loving former daughter-in-law, Shelia Terry; ten great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
