She was united in marriage to Harold Hudson, July 31, 1950, in Munich, North Dakota. Valery and Harold raised three children.
She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters Loretta (Wirth) Hiltner, Beatrice (Wirth) Houghton, Francis Wirth and brothers Victor Wirth and Lester Wirth.
Interment - St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery, Moorhead.
