Frederick Howard Plummer, 71, of Olive Hill, passed away at the Life Care Center in Morehead.
Mr. Plummer was born in New Boston, Ohio and is a son of the late Russell Leroy and Ruby Lenora Crawford Plummer.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by one sister, Jewel Calhoun.
Mr. Plummer was a Christian and a member of the American Legion Post 138. He retired from the Olive Hill Police Department as a dispatcher.
He is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and Pam Plummer of Grayson, Mike and Deanna Plummer of Olive Hill; one sister, Ruth Bylerly of Fostoria, Ohio; five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and many family and friends who will sadly mourn his passing.
