Edward G. Craig, age 89, of Palmetto, Fla., formerly of Roanoke, died Saturday, June 1, 1991, in Bradenton, Fla., after a brief illness. He was retired from the restaurant business in Roanoke. Surviving are a son, David E. Craig, Roanoke; a brother, Allen Craig, Bedford; a sister, Margaret Rice, Roanoke; two granddaughters, Mrs. Jim (Faith) DeLong and Ms. Linda Craig; and a grandson, Lynn Craig, all of Roanoke. Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 5, 1991, at Mountain View Cemetery, Vinton, with the Rev. Frank W. Feather officiating. Friends may call at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel Tuesday evening.
