Norma Bailey, 80, passed away November 19, 2018. She was born in Tazewell, Virginia to George and Virgie (Lambert) Baumgardner February 26, 1938.
She gladly donated her time, volunteering for 10 years at Irving Community Hospital. Norma’s favorite season has always been the fall, she enjoyed painting with oils in her spare time and had the most fun and thoroughly enjoyed going on cruises.
Preceded in death by her parents, George and Virgie, 6 sisters, Daisy Sillow, Anna Young, Ethal Yates, Ella Meek, Dorothy Moore and Rosalie Brasher, husband Joe Bailey, daughter, Marta Bailey and grandson, Trenton Bailey.
A celebration of life will be held December 2, 2018 in Irving....BRFH
