Prior to moving to the Gatesville area, June and J.W. were active for several years in Highlands Christian Church in Dallas, TX. June was an active businesswoman and C.P.A. in Dallas and Gatesville. She loved saltwater fishing, traveling, crossword puzzles, and occasionally golfing. After moving to the Gatesville area she became a member of O.E.S. Chapter No. 1005 where she was active for 31 years. She held several state positions in both Eastern Star and the Grange.
June's favorite response when asked if she needed anything was always "yes, a million dollars!"
She was preceded in death by her husband, J.W. McGinty; her three siblings, Rex Kiles, James Kiles, and Janice Harris; her son-in-law, Ray Franks; and one great-grandson, Justin Flach.
She is survived by three daughters, Kathy Franks, Pat Flach and Walter, and Peggy McGuigan and Jeff Bryant. June is also survived by seven grandchildren, Michael Franks and Liz, Chris Flach and Tina, Matt Flach and Melissa, Doug Flach and Cynthia, Jay Flach, Elisia Garcia and Joe, Phillip McGuigan and Polina; ten great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
