Obituary for Beverly Ann Thornton

Beverly Ann (Janson) Thornton, 70, of Amelia passed away on Monday November 19, 2018. She was born in Cincinnati on October 14, 1948 to the late Robert and Laverne Janson. Bev was a devout Catholic and longtime parishioner/supporter of all things St. Bernadette.

Bev is survived by her loving children, Lori, Mark, and Becky Thornton. Her world revolved around and she was so proud of her 2 grandchildren, Ian Crawford and Madison McPherson. She also leaves behind her siblings, Bob (Patty) Janson, Schmidt (Terry) Clark, and Gary Janson; her beloved girls group; numerous family and so many friends.

Bev was a stranger to no one and loved by everyone. She will be missed dearly by all. You Are My Sunshine!

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, November 23, 2018, at St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 1479 Locust Lake Road, Amelia, Ohio 45102.
