Shreveport, LA - Funeral services for Michael Ralph Ulmer, 51, will be held 12:00 Noon Wednesday, May 23, 2007 at St. Matthias Episcopal Church. Officiating will be Rev. Ben Songy, of St. Matthias Episcopal Church. Interment will follow in Forest Park West Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5 p.m.until 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 22, 2007.
Mr. Ulmer was born in Shreveport, on January 14, 1956 to Ralph and Faye Ulmer. He passed away in Shreveport, Sunday, May 20, 2007.
His father, Charles Ralph Ulmer, preceded him in death. Michael is survived by his mother, Faye Welch Ulmer; sister, Cindy Ulmer Sledge and husband Ray; nephews, Patrick, Philip and Robert and his wife, Jeannette Fisher Ulmer of Mesquite, TX.
Pallbearers will be Jim Welch, John Welch, Bruce Williams, Keith McClung, John Lee Hoffoss, Bill Hoffoss and Russell Adams.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Matthias Episcopal Church 3301 Matthias Dr. Shreveport, LA 71119.
