Born in Brooklyn, NY. she was the daughter of Janice Boykin and Errol Boyd.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by three brothers, William Daniel Herring, Jermaine D. Spearman, Errol Boyd, II; four sisters, Raxquel Nadine Lizzul, Oliva Boyd, Brannia Boyd, Eugenia Phooma Hal.

Funeral services were held at 1 PM, Saturday, September 29, 2018 at Garland First Baptist Church with the Rev . Dr. Louis Hackett officiating.
Burial was made in the Boykin Cemetery.
