Rebecca Shirlene “Becky “ Austin age 56 of Shady Spring, WV passed away at Beckley Appalachian Regional Hospital on Monday May 29, 2017.
Born on September 20, 1960, she was the daughter of the late John Edward Crawford and Virginia Odessa Archie Crawford Rutledge.
Becky was a beautician, having owned and operated Ideal Image Beauty Salon. She attended Fairview Freewill Baptist Church, and loved music, singing, camping, and spending time with her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Carlos, Jackie, Johnny Crawford, two sisters Jewell Porter and Sue Berry, and a nephew Christopher Crawford.
Those survivors left to cherish her memory include her husband Thomas Austin, children Kim Bolen and husband Jonathan of Shady Spring, and Tommy Austin of Cool Ridge; grandchildren, Jonathan, Megan, Gavin and Garrett Austin, Alex Bolen, and Levi Bolen; great grandchildren, Savannah and Anastasia Austin, a niece Aireona Hutchens and husband Joe, and their children, Zoey, J.R., and Layla,Jewell, nephews, Jarrod and Jordan Peters, and Blaine Porter.
Burial at Sunset Memorial Park in Beckley.
