Nora Lovinggood Lee, 87, of Chesnee, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, November 16, 2018. A native of Spartanburg, she was the widow of Jerry W. Lee and the daughter of the late James Monroe, Sr. and Hester Duncan Lovinggood. She was a spinner for Mayfair Mill and was a member of Eden Wesleyan Church. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Bobbie Jean Tessneer; 3 sons, William Neely, Jr., Michael "Shorty" Neely and Larry Samuel Neely; sisters, Dobie Adams, Marian Cox, Louise Pye; brothers James "Buddy," Sam, Robert, Charles Sr. and Michael Lovinggood; granddaughter, Brandy Epley; grandson, Derrick Lee Tessneer; and great-grandson, Andrew Fravel.
The family will receive friends on Monday, November 19, 2018 from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm at Eggers Funeral Home of Boiling Springs. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at 11:00 am at Eggers Funeral Home Chapel of Boiling Springs Dan Belcher officiating. Interment will be in Good Shepherd Memorial Park.
