A Cox’s Creek resident, Mrs. Ina “Lois Williams”, 84,, passed away Friday, November 16, 2018 at her residence. She was born on April 18, 1934 in Cox’s Creek to the late Judson D. and Carrie Lee Jolly Taylor. Lois was a former sales clerk for various businesses in Bardstown, loved genealogy work and was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Hubert Louis Williams, a sister, Julietta Berlinicke, a brother, Leland D. Taylor and 3 infant sons, Anthony Williams, James Daniel Williams and Wayne Patrick Williams.
She is survived by 3 daughters, Shirley (Gary) Stauble of Louisville, Sandy Wallace of Cox’s Creek, Cathy (Clay) Tumlin of Knoxville, TN., 1 son, Jimmy (Linda) Williams of Bardstown, also survived by 7 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian burial will be 10:00am, Monday, November 19, 2018 at St. Michael Catholic Church with Fr. John Johnson celebrant. Interment will be in St. Michael Church Cemetery.
