Mr. Terry James, Sr., age 54, of Lindale, passed away Wednesday, November 14, 2018, at his residence.
Terry was born in Rome, GA on November 15, 1963, son of the late Jackie James and the late Hazel Ely James. Terry attended Way of the Cross Church. He was a truck driver most of his life. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Stephen James, by a grandson, Kaison Oliva, and by a brother, Timmy James.
He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Adrienne Smith James; his children, Terry James Jr., Christopher James, Brittany Tzoy (Cristobal), Miranda James (Luis Oliva), Dixie Thompson (Chris), and Johnny James; his grandchild, Jose Tzoy; his brothers, Todd James and Ted James; his sister, Tammy James; numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, November 18, 2018, at 2:00pm in the Chapel at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, Oaknoll Chapel, with the Reverend Scottie Presley and the Reverend Larry Wilkins officiating. Interment will follow in Mountain Springs Cemetery in Cave Spring, GA.
The family will receive friends at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, Oaknoll Chapel, on Sunday from 12:00pm until the service hour.
