ReGina gave her life to Christ at an early age at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church in Detroit, Michigan. She obtained her education in Detroit Public School system where she attended and graduated from the distinguished Class Technical High School. It was there she obtained the training and skills that lead her to being the Executive Secretary at Sauders Middle School in Prince Williams Country, VA. Durning her twenty-five years at Saunders Middle School she coached the cheerleading team and under her guidance, leadership, and commitment to the team they went on to win several Cheerleading Championship competitions.
ReGina enjoyed working with the girls at Saunders and took great pride in watching them grow and succeed at the high school and college level. She had a passionate love for children and stressed the importance of early pre-school education. ReGina had an amazing gift for event planning, she could walk into a room, take one look around and then transform it into an elegant and classy space for an event to remember. ReGina was a smart, loving kind hearted person who could draw people to her everywhere she went, her smile would light up a room.
On Sunday, November 11, 2018, ReGina transitioned from her beautiful earthly life in Woodbridge, VA to a life everlasting in the presence of God.
Funeral service will be held on Monday, November 19, 2018, at 12:00 noon at St Matthews M.B. Church, located at 3660 Fontaine Ave Jackson, MS 39213. Interment will follow at Autumn Woods Cemetery.
