Jack passed away Thursday, November 15th, 2018 at his home in Claremore with his loving family there to care for him. He was 57.
Jack was known to be ladies man because every lady in his life adored him. he loved Mexican music, dominos, and Madonna was his favorite artist. Jack loved to eat, particularly all types of cheese. He would put hot sauce on most everything. Jack loved OSU and always kept everything in order. He overcame many challenges in life and he maintained a strong will to life his life to the fullest.
Jack is survived by his loving family of caregivers: Amanda Pendergraft, Ashley Mariezcurrena, and Kara Ramirez; and his housemates: Michelle Sellers and Joey Saldana.
