Frank retired after a long career with Knoxville Utilities Board. He loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter, fisherman, and camper. Frank always gave more of himself than he expected of others.
Survivors include wife, Faye Kelly; special girls, Sugar and Lilly; children, Mark Kelly, Kevin Kelly, Apryl Kelly; step children, Tammy Mitchell, Laura McKinney, Larry Davenport, Kristi Altom, Mitchell Flynn, Michelle Berkley; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, Debbie Humphrey Glover; brother, Paul Kelly.
The family will receive friends from 9:30 – 11 am Saturday, November 17th at Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home, 2300 Adair Drive. The graveside service will follow at 11 am in Lynnhurst Cemetery. Kent Altom will officiate.
