Kewaunee - Richard Allen Faust, age 79, of Kewaunee, passed away peacefully after a short battle with cancer, Wednesday morning, November 14, 2018 at the Kewaunee Care Center.

Richard was born in Tomahawk, Wisconsin on February 24, 1939 to Arthur and Jesse (Langdon) Faust, and attended school in Cornell. Richard served his country for 20+ years as a member of the U.S. Army, serving during the Vietnam War. He married Luzie Stutt on July 9, 1981 in Copenhagen, Denmark. She preceded him in death on March 25, 2008. After his military service, Richard worked at Manitowoc Cranes, Service Master of Kewaunee, and retired from the Vollrath Company of Kewaunee. Richard always enjoyed the simple things of life: he enjoyed his coffee, going to movies, watching TV - especially classic cartoons, going out to eat, bowling, fishing, having his daughter cook for him, taking care of his "Fur Granddaughter" - Lilly, visiting his son, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter in Georgia (especially going out on the boat), spending time with his special friend, Jeannette, and spending time with his brother, Larry and his family, as well as his sister, Beverly, and attending the annual family reunion.

Richard is survived by his daughter, Melissa (Corey) Siebold of Kewaunee; son, Michael (Tammy) Delort of Georgia; one granddaughter, Deanna Delort; and his special friend, Jeannette Ingles of Medford. He is further survived by two brothers, Jimmy (Terry) Faust, and Leroy (Linda) Faust; along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Jesse Faust; his loving wife, Luzie (Stutt) Faust; five brothers: Bobby, Billy, Jerry, David and Larry; and six sisters: Arlene, Shirley, Donna-Lou, Veronda, Lorraine and Beverly.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 17, 2018 at the Deja & Martin Funeral Chapels, 1506 18th Street, Two Rivers. Pastoral Assistant, Christal Wavrunek will officiate at the service, with burial to follow in River View Cemetery, Kewaunee. Military graveside rites will be accorded by members of the Kewaunee V.F. W. Post #3392.
