At age 83, Billy passed from this life on November 14, 2018 at a care facility in Weatherford, Texas.
Billy will always be remembered as a loving son, father, and grandfather. He was a good friend to all who knew him.
A member of the Masons, Billy was also an avid hunter and loved to shoot skeet ~ having won many awards doing so. In his late teens to early adulthood, he was a middleweight boxer having won a middle novice title in 1953 and many fights thru the years. Billy retired after 40+ years as an inspector for Bell Helicopter.
In addition to his parents, siblings, and first wife (mother of his children) ~ Peggy Jo, Billy was preceded in death by his wife ~ Donna, and his son ~ Leland. He is survived by two daughters, six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
