Born in Greenville, SC, he was a son of the late Floyd S. and Ressie Turner Keith.
Mr. Keith served his country as SFC in the United States Army. He also served in the Korean and Vietnam Wars. Larry was a member of New Hope Baptist Church, where he was active in the Brotherhood and Property Committee and a member of the Men’s Sunday School Group.
He is survived by a daughter, Mary Hooper (Dale); three grandsons: Dakota Foster Keith; Matthew, Dylan Hooper; Daniel Keith Hooper; three children from a previous union: Scott, Joyce and Brad Brown; Sisters: Julia, Sarah, Virginia Ann and Linda; and brothers: Cecil, Curtis and Kenneth.
Larry was preceded in death by a son, Robert “Bobby” C. Keith and a brother, Willis Keith.
Burial at Greenville Memorial Gardens.
