Janet Sue Holbrook-Dixon, age 69 of Dayton, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Monday, November 12, 2018. Janet was born in Columbus, Ohio on November 3, 1949. Janet worked for many years at Cintas. She was a long time member of Community United Methodist Church.

Janet had a passion and love of animals. In her free time, Janet enjoyed reading. She took great pride in her family and loved to dote on her grandchildren. Janet was a loving, caring, and compassionate, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. She will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew her.

Janet was preceded in death by her father, William J. Holbrook; granddaughter, Brittani Hoaks; grandsons, Kody Wyrick and Joshua Flint; brother, George Holbrook; sister, Betty Ruth Holbrook; and brother-in-law, Burley Dixon.

Janet leaves to cherish her memory, loving husband, Billy Dixon; daughters, Beverly (Eddie) Wyrick and Rhonda (Eddie) Miller; sisters, Sandra Kay (Billy) Stinson and Mary Holbrook; brothers, Millard (Kay) Holbrook and John Holbrook; grandchildren, Brandi Hoaks, Kristina Raichle, Courtney (Willow) Flint, Jennifer Prater, Kymberlee Flint, Zachary (Paola) Wyrick, Andrew Miller, and Harleigh (Pierre) Evans; numerous great-grandchildren; and many other loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A celebration of Janet's life will take place on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at Newcomer - North Chapel at 10:30am. Visitation will be held for one hour prior (9:30am-10:30am) Burial to follow at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
