Arthur H. Day
Arthur H. Day died Monday morning at the Mary McClellan Hospital in Cambridge, after a 24 hours' illness of cerebral hemorrhage. He was born in Bennington, Vt., October 28, 1880, the son of Henry L. and Eveline Johnson Day. He was twice married, his first wife being Maude Meyers of Maryland. His second wife, formerly Laura Richards of Greenwich survives and a daughter, Dorothy Day. The funeral was held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Baptist Church. Rev. Emmett I. Case, pastor, officiated. The bearers were Fred Abeel, Jerome B. Rice, Fred Dwinnell, Charles Skellie, David Moore and Joseph Warren. The Masons had charge of the committal service. Interment was in Woodlands Cemetery.
