Mrs. Irene Hillyard Murphy, 75, of Pine Bluff, AR passed Saturday, November 3, 2018.
She was born July 2, 1943 in Sherrill, AR to the late McKinley Hillard and Arretta (Jefferson) Moore.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Alton Murphy Sr., and two brothers: James Moore and David Moore.
She leaves to cherish her memory: three sons, Alton Murphy Jr. and Ronald Murphy Sr. (both of Pine Bluff, AR), and Reginald (Bettina) Murphy (Jonesboro); four daughters: Patty Dyer and Wanda (Ramon) Hunter (both of Pine Bluff, AR), Stephanie Murphy (Stafford, VA), and Tikita (Leeman) Brown (West Memphis, AR); four brothers, Charlie (Maeliza) Blake Sr., Elvin Mustiful, Reginald (Patrice) Moore, and Earnest Moore (all of Pine Bluff, AR); ten sisters, Virlia (Willie) Coleman, Lillie (Harold) Reeves, Annette (Robert) Moore, Mary Smith, Ethel (Fredrick) Darrough, Jacquelyn (Keith) Boyd, and Arlene (Bobby) Jett (all of Pine Bluff, AR), Cynthia Moore-Lewis (Springdale, AR), Kerry Thomas (Little Rock, AR), and Betty Mustiful (Pine Bluff, AR); twenty grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation/Family hour will be Friday, November 9, 2018, from 7:00pm-8:30pm at Brown Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be 2:00pm, Saturday, November 10, 2018 at Judah Restoration Center by Pastor Omar Davis.
Interment will be in Saint Mark Cemetery in Sherrrill, AR by Brown Funeral Home of Pine Bluff, AR.
Her body will lie in-state Saturday, from 1:15pm until service.
