Jocie was born in MO, d/o John Stuart Feaster, born in TN and Sarah Ann 'Sally' Ray Feaster, born in Georgia.
Jocie married Michael James Sawvel in 1886. He was born in May 1864 in Texas and died 7 Oct 1911 in Arkansas. He was the son of Michael and Christina (Kimmel) Sawvel, both born in Pennsylvania.
Jocie was the mother of;
1. James Michael, born 12 March 1892 in AR and died June 1966 in Grove, Delaware, OK. His WWI draft card gives this description: medium height & weight, blue eyes, brown hair. He was living in Sulphur Springs, AR in 1917 when he registered in WWI, and in Afton, Ottawa, OK in 1920 with wife Hazel.

2. Golda E. born Aug 8 1893-Oct 15 1893

3. William Ray, born Jan 1896. He was living in Spirit Lake, Dickerson Co., Idaho when he registered for the draft in WWI. His description was; single, tall, slender, blue eyes, dark hair, sole support of mother.
In the 1930 census his wife was Letha Faye Mitchell, age 26. They had two sons listed in the 1930 census; Orville P. and , Roy D.

4. LeRoy Sawvel, born Sep 1899. He married Edith Sarah Hazelbaker, born 9 Oct 1900 in McDonald Co., Mo and died 11 Dec 1983

In 1930 Jocie was a widow living with H,L. & Daisy Anderson in Southwest City, McDonald County, Missouri.
