Charles Dawson Craig, 76 of Blanchard, OK went to Heaven on November 12, 2018.

Dawson was born March 28, 1942 in Mount Vernon, Illinois to the late Dawson Vernon Craig and Anna Lucille Craig.

Dawson graduated from Norman High School and met the love of his life, Betty, shortly after. They were married March 29, 1963. From this union two daughters were born, Brenda Ann and Kelli Lyn, who both adored their dad and mom.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Betty Craig, of the home; daughter, Brenda Metcalf and her husband Mike; granddaughter, Brooke Metcalf; and great-grandson, Remington Glass; daughter, Kelli Huffman and her husband Ricky; granddaughter, Kylie Pope and her husband Keaton; and great-granddaughter, Karter Pope.

Dawson loved his family and friends tremendously as they loved him, too.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday, November 14th at 2:00 PM at First United Methodist Church of Moore, 201 W. Main Street, Moore, OK. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park in Norman, OK.
