Peter Andrew Tarolli, 79, formerly of 910 Second St., Solvay, died Friday at Van Duyn Home & Hospital.

A life resident of Solvay, Mr. Tarolli retired after 28 years from Solvay Bank. He graduated cum laude from Syracuse University. He was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, a national honor society for business management students.

He established the Peter A. Tarolli Scholarship Fund at Syracuse University in the 1980s for business management students.

Mr. Tarolli was an Army veteran of World War II, stationed at Wright Field in Ohio.

Surviving are a sister, Adeline T. Maroni of Solvay; a nephew, Peter Leon; and five nieces, Johanna Marie Hannah, Adeline Lydia Maroni, Lois Joy Vereen, Rosemarie Novembrini and Ruth Lynn Tarolli.

Services are 10 a.m. Monday at the Solvay Assembly of God Church. Burial is in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Warners.

Calling hours are 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the Bagozzi Twins Funeral Home, 2601 Milton Ave., Solvay.

Contributions may be made to the Teen Challenge Center, 124 Furman St., Syracuse 13204.
