She was born April 29, 1991, in Coles County. Jamie is survived by her parents; two half brothers, Christopher McCormick and Robert Eugene McCormick Jr., at home, a sister, Amber Murphy at home; maternal grandmother, Linda Daniels of Mattoon; maternal grandfather, Charles Lucas Sr. of Mattoon; paternal grandparents, Frank and Gay Murphy of Mattoon; and paternal great-great-grandmother, Alberta Scott of Garrett.
