He was a physician for 55 years in Haleyville and a member of First Baptist Church, Haleyville, where he served as a Deacon. Dr. Moore proudly served his country in the United States Army at the rank of First Lt., during the Korean War.
A graveside service will be Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Winston Memorial Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Willo Dean Albright Moore; children, Dr. Mike N. Moore and Suzanne Moore Caldwell; Grandchildren, Michael Moore (Heather), Jessica Moore Lyle (Scott), McKenzie Moore Lopez (Will), Jordan Moore Brand(Gavin), Cody Smith, Benjamin Smith (Sarah), Christian Caldwell (Tesha) and Dillon Caldwell; Great Grandchildren, April Moore, David Moore, Patrick Lyle, Selah Lyle, Collier Lopez and Mary Charles Lopez; a host of family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Elbert Burl Moore and Mary Estella Smith Moore; son, Scotty Moore; brother, Jimmy Moore
