Preceded in death by her husband Woodrow “Woody” Bowman, father of her children Richard Adkins, a brother Stephen Duncan, and by 2 sisters Naomi Krull & Betsy Kidwell. She was a loving Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother and was extremely gracious and kind to everyone. Her family was her life. She led a life of selflessness and generosity that was an inspiration to all. When you were with her, you wished there were more people like her. She is survived by 5 children Terry Adkins (Kim), Jim Adkins (Christina), Joe Adkins, Susan Bavaro (Joe), Julie Adkins, her brother Roger Phillip Duncan (Lou), brother-in-law Artie Kidwell, 15 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
