Ronnie B. Carpenter, 61, of Worcester died Tuesday, October 30th in UMASS MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER -University Campus. He leaves his mother, Annett (Coleman) Tucker; his children, Keith, Steven and Jason Lewis, Matt, Mitchell, Annette, Sharone and Devon Carpenter; his siblings, Diane Williamson, Theresa Mulhearn and Fletcher Carpenter; his wife, Gigi Carpenter; several grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Ronnie also leaves his dog, Dutch. He was predeceased by a daughter, Crystal Carpenter, a brother, Frederick Carpenter and his fiancé, Flaka.
He was born in Chicago, Illinois the son of the late George P. Carpenter. Ronnie worked for Wyman Gordan for many years as an electrician. Mr. Carpenter was a veteran of the United States Army National Guard. Ronnie enjoyed spending his time listening to music, fishing, cooking and drawing. He cherished the time he spent with his grandchildren, especially his granddaughter, Savannah.
His funeral is Friday, November 9th with a service at 11:30 AM in O'CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue. Burial will follow in Hope Cemetery. Calling hours are Friday, November 9th from 10:30 AM until the start of the service.
