Tim Warren, 69, of Cooks Landing Road, Camden NC, formerly of Piedmont, Alabama, passed away Wednesday, November 07, 2018 at Sentara Albemarle Hospital. Born July 30, 1949 in Piedmont, Alabama to the late Joe Edward Warren and Mary Emma Lecroy Warren, he was the husband of Patricia Harding Warren of the residence. Mr. Warren served his country honorably in the U.S. Navy for 26 years and retired as a Lieutenant Commander. After retirement he worked as an executive in defense contracting. He loved reading about military history, watching the news and playing golf. In addition to his wife, Patricia, of 43 years, he is survived by two brothers, Norris O. Warren (Linda) of Piedmont and Rick J. Warren of Hokes Bluff. He was preceded in death by a sister and brother-in-law, Elderene and Adrin Ivey. A memorial service will be held at a later date at Arlington National Cemetery.
