BETHLEHEM Francis "Frank" J. Marshall of Bethlehem passed away on Thursday November 8, 2018. He was born in Albany and was the son of the late Francis H. and Mary Drozdzal Marshall. Frank was employed as a state aid data analyst by the New York State Department of Education. He enjoyed painting, traveling and socializing with friends. He was very active at St. John the Evangelist and St. Joseph Church in Rensselaer. Frank is survived by his brother, Edward (Suzanne) Marshall of Catskill; his nephew, Christopher (Abby) Marshall-Hammond of Coxsackie; nieces, Stephanie (Christopher) Kennedy of Coxsackie and Terri (Roddy) Marshall-Bunch; his grandniece, Eleanor Rose Kennedy; and his aunt, Rita Drozdzal. He is also survived by several cousins.
