Sandra Berry died in peace on November 7th 2018 at the age of 82. She believed that Jesus Christ was her Lord and Savior. She was born Lois Sandra Brown on February 7th 1936 to her parents Lois Fields Brown and Merrill Brown who resided at Brown's Station in Clarksville, Indiana.

In 1997 highway 62 was renamed Brown's Station Way in honor of the Brown family who were early residents in the area.

Her parents and daughter Julie Wood preceded her in death.

Her family owned Brown Machine Works which was vital in production of army material during World War II. She graduated from New Albany Senior High in 1954. She Attended Indiana University and is a member of Delta Gamma Sorority. Sandra loved her Delta Gamma Sisters and continued the close ties throughout all the years. After College she was a flight attendant with Eastern Airlines and flew on flights into and out of Miami Florida, and enjoyed that interesting life.

Then she married and lived in Miami, Florida and Houston Texas for twenty years.

She was preceded in death by her brother Charles Kent Brown.

She was married to Paul Rogers Berry and they lived in Lincoln Heights in Clarksville. Sandra was a Charter member of "The Book Club" of New Albany. She loved her Book Club Friends and all the wonderful times they shared over thirty years together. She and Paul were always church members and enjoyed an active and happy social life with friends.
Paul was a wonderful and loving husband and made the journey complete for the woman who loved him. They traveled and entertained and had a great time.
Sandra is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who made life fun and something of value.
Sandra was a Kentucky Colonel and worked as a marketing director for Southern Indiana Hospice. In the future my cremated remains and Paul's plan to be buried at sea as a final resting place.
