Julie A. Bradley, age 60, of Ingraham, Illinois, passed away Friday, November 9, 2018, at her home.

She was born March 12, 1958, in Champaign, the daughter of the William E. and Gertrude (Akers) Bradley. After William passed away, Gertrude later married Lloyd Dale Fulk, and he became an important part of Julie’s life at age 4, raising her as his daughter.

Julie proudly served her country in the U.S. Navy, and had attended the Ingraham Christian Church. Everyone who knew Julie recognized that she had an eye for design and enjoyed bringing ideas to life as an imaginative artist with a lot of attention for the details when she created beautiful woodworking and painting keepsakes and projects. Her genuine joys in life were the relationships she shared with her family and especially the treasured times she enjoyed with her nieces and nephews.

She is survived by siblings: Pam (Dean) Hudson of Urbana, Nancy Shadle of Flora, Lisa (Robert) Simpson of Ingraham, Tim (Chandra) Fulk of Mayfield, KY; a brother-in-law: Clint Powell of Lynn, AL; and a number of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents: William E. Bradley, and Gertrude and Lloyd Dale Fulk; a sister: Debbie Powell; and an infant brother: Eric.

A Celebration of Julie’s life will be held 12 noon Wednesday, November 14, 2018, at Ingraham Christian Church. Burial will follow in Ingraham Cemetery with the presentation of military funeral honors. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of service at the church.
