Cataula, Georgia- Mrs. Louise Meredith Green, 88, of Cataula, Georgia passed away on Monday, October 29, 2018 at St. Francis Hospital.
Funeral services will be 11 AM, Saturday, November 10, 2018 at Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Fortson, Georgia. Rev. David Thomas, Pastor, will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, November 9, 2018 from 1 to 6 PM, according to Sconiers Funeral Home, Columbus, GA.
Mrs. Green was born July 12, 1930 in Cataula, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late Robert and Louvenia Williams Meredith. Mrs. Green was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church.
Survivors include: one devoted daughter, Joanne (Freddie Jr.) Green-Harris; two sons, Henry Lewis (Annie) Green and Herbert L. Green; three grandchildren, Eliscia L. Harris, Jamila A. Harris and Ashkiah Monek Reese; a great-grandchild, Jerry Reese III; nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives.
