OBITUARY:
Jeremy L. "Boog" Stewart, age 33, of North Baltimore died at 8:39 p.m. Tuesday, May 15, 2007 at his home. He was born May 27, 1973 to Ron and Mary (Gerdeman) Stewart and they survive. On October 16, 1997, he married, his best friend, Kelly Bell and she survives. Also surviving are their children, Logan; Lane and Mackenzie; sister, Amy (Tom) Lee; brothers, Joe (Christina) Stewart and Jim (Marcie) Stewart; nieces and nephews, Jerrod; Brittany; Leah; Gage; Haley; Myra; Tyler; Chelsea; Mark; Brad; Shawn; Eric and Olivia; grandfather, Donald L. Stewart; mother-in-law, Judy Bell; his cherished horse, Ally; aunts; uncles; cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by: maternal grandparents, William and Leah Gerdeman; paternal grandmother, Jean Stewart; uncle, Bunk Gerdeman; cousin, Bill Stewart; and father-in-law, Dale Bell. He was a 1992 graduate of both North Baltimore High School and Penta Co. Vocational. He was employed by Valley National Gases in Toledo. Jeremy was a member of the National Barrel Horse Association District 07, an EMS driver, North Baltimore Fire Fighter, and a son of the American Legion. He was an avid hunter with an incredible love for his horses and animals; he will be greatly missed and remembered as a loving husband, son, father and brother. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00AM Saturday, May 19, 2007 at Holy Family Catholic Church with Father Steven Cairns officiating. Burial will be in New Maplewood Cemetery, North Baltimore. Visitation will be from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at SMITH-CRATES FUNERAL HOME where the scripture service will commence at 7:30 PM.
