She married Carl Crawford, her high school sweetheart, on September 7, 1969 and he preceded her in death on June 7, 2002. In addition to her parents, and husband Carl, Cynthia was preceded in death by brothers in law, Jerry Crabb, Bob Koons, Dean Crawford.

Cynthia was a Clerk in the Saline County Circuit Clerks office for 16 year. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Harrisburg and the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority-XI Theta Tau Chapter. Cynthia’s father was a funeral director and she was raised in Cox and Martin Funeral Home in Patoka. She really enjoyed her Fairfax Drive and Lexington Manor neighbors.
