She was employed at General Motors Corporation, Merck, Abbott and Baxter Healthcare. She last worked as Manager of Supplier Diversity at Eskenazi Health. She was a 21 year member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
On Saturday, November 10, there will be a Celebration of Life Service at 11:00 a.m. with visitation at 9:00 a.m. and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Omega Omega Service at 10:00 a.m. at Light of the World Christian Church, 4646 Michigan Road with interment at Crown Hill Cemetery, Indianapolis.
She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Brent "Ben" Anderson; daughters, Courtney and Chasmine and mother, Phyllis Union Smith.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Stuart Mortuary, Inc.
